How does the process of custom landscape design work?

Most discussions will start with a phone call to between you and one of our designers in order to understand your basic intentions. Then we will schedule an onsite, face-to-face meeting so you can meet us in person and show us the area you would want to transform. From there we will guide you through a discussion so that we can best understand your vision and desires, as well as what you many NOT want! Then we get to work and provide you a basic drawing. We may review it in-person again and then once you confirm that we are on track, we will submit an estimate to you based on our draft design. Once you approve our estimate, we formalize the design drawing, submit it to any HOA or other approval agencies on your behalf, apply for needed permits and get the project scheduled. During this time we will be in close contact with you providing samples of hardscape materials and plants for you to provide input on. Once all approvals are received, we will work with you to schedule your project. As we progress we welcome you to be intimately involved in our work, providing feedback, suggestions, requests, etc. Our #1 goal is for you to be IN LOVE with the project once we are done. Good enough isn't good enough for us. We want you to be thrilled, and do our very best to make that happen!

Because we pride ourselves on truly customized solutions you will NOT find us limiting you to what is easy or convenient for us. This is all about you! Thanks to our breadth of expertise and network of other professionals, we can source any type of plant, paver, natural stone, water feature, lighting, irrigation and drainage solution or even yard structures such as benches, planting boxes, gazebos, etc. And best of all, we will use our expertise along the way to ensure that you have all of the facts about your choices along the way, as we advise you throughout the project.
